Shipping, delivery and privacy
On the packages we send are only your address and your name. We do this because we want to create a safe and confidential environment for everyone. The packages we send do not contain texts or photos that have anything to do with our products.
The data we need from you is of course intended to deliver your package to the right address. If an error has been made, we can also contact you more easily so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. We only deliver to real existing postal addresses. We therefore do not deliver to post boxes, public places, post offices, businesses, shops or similar addresses.
In order to have our package delivered quickly and safely, we work together with the postal company PostNL.
Customs can always check your package, so it doesn’t matter how a package is shipped. Because we supply to many countries, it is impossible for us to keep track of the status of cannabis policy in the region where you come from. It is your own responsibility to inform yourself of the legislation at this time. If you have any questions about this, we recommend that you consult a lawyer.

Once payment has been received for your order, we will ship the seeds as soon as possible. Orders are only shipped on working days.
By working together with PostNL, we strive to have your order delivered as quickly and safely as possible. Because we are based in the Netherlands, there is a chance that for countries on a longer distance it will take a few days longer. Our average shipping time is between 3 and 5 business days.
You can change your order until you’ve actually paid. Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, we no longer have control over the order and we will not be able to change it. Wildstrains.nl cannot be held liable for any additional costs that have to be paid because the details of an order have not been entered properly.
You can return the order 7 days after receipt, depending on the reason, the costs associated with this will be reimbursed by us.
Yes, you can choose to have your order delivered simply through the letterbox. You can also choose to have an order sent in registered. In the case of a registered letter, the recipient will have to receive the order himself. The cost of this will be for you.
If the package cannot be delivered for any reason, it will be automatically returned to our mailing address. If we get a package back we will immediately contact to solve the problem.

The seeds are carefully and dryly packed and sent in 2 envelopes with bubble foil so that the products remain well protected. To receive a refund, you need to return the order within 7 days of receipt.
